Assistant Director
Tiffany Padula began working in the healthcare field in 2008, right after she had her first child. She started her career in healthcare as an In-Home Caregiver for the State of California. Growing up, Tiffany always aspired to be a nurse and thought in-home care would be a great start. She quickly fell in love with taking care of others, especially the elderly community.
Tiffany joined the Spring Meadows team in March of 2017, as a Care Partner, and then worked her way up to Medication Aid, Resident Care Coordinator and now Assistant Director. Tiffany absolutely loves working at Spring Meadows and feels so connected to the community and residents. Tiffany hopes to excel in her new role, at a community she already knows and loves so much.
Board of Directors
The inspiration, development and continued direction for Spring Meadows is provided by a board of directors composed of dedicated leaders and citizens from the local community, volunteering their time and expertise to ensure Columbia County senior and disabled adults are provided high quality affordable assisted living services. Spring Meadows is owned by ElderServ, a 501(c)3 non-profit organization governed by a community based board of directors.
