Nina Wendelschafer joined the Spring Meadows team in 2009 as a CNA. Since 2009, Nina has worked in multiple positions and filled many roles at Spring Meadows.
In 2017 Nina accepted the role as Executive Director. In 2022, Nina’s responsibilities expanded as the Campus Executive Director for both Spring Meadows Assisted Living Community and Columbia Hills Retirement Center located next door to Spring Meadows.
As a leader, Nina believes in excellent service and care to both her residents and employees. Nina takes pride in her role and leadership, to align her and the communities’ goal and vision of being the choice provider and employer for seniors in Columbia County.
On her time away from work, Nina spends time with her two grandchildren, and two adult children! She enjoys fashion, cosmetics and enjoying the beautiful life of living in the Pacific Northwest!
Tiffany Padula began working in the healthcare field in 2008, right after she had her first child. She started her career in healthcare as an In-Home Caregiver for the State of California. Growing up, Tiffany always aspired to be a nurse and thought in-home care would be a great start. She quickly fell in love with taking care of others, especially the elderly community.
Tiffany joined the Spring Meadows team in March of 2017, as a Care Partner, and then worked her way up to Medication Aid, Resident Care Coordinator and now Assistant Director. Tiffany absolutely loves working at Spring Meadows and feels so connected to the community and residents. Tiffany hopes to excel in her new role, at a community she already knows and loves so much.
